Show new keyboard
• Open a Pages document and have the customer type using the new
• Mention the precise, reassuring feel and the larger keys.

Try out the Force Touch trackpad
• Click at the bottom of the trackpad, then click at the top to show that you can click anywhere for a uniform feel.
• Visit a webpage, use Force click (deeper press) on a word to get its definition, and then click on an address to see a map.
• Play a movie in iMovie or QuickTime. Show how you can accelerate the fast-forwarding speed by pressing with more force, and then slow it down by applying less force.

Show off the Retina display
• Open Mail and Safari, and highlight how text and icons look crisp—it’s like reading a printed page.
• Open iPhoto and point out how crisp the images look, even in the thumbnail view. Select an image, go to full-screen mode and highlight the detail you see in the photo. Using the right arrow key, page through more images without leaving full-screen mode.
